How do I get started?

How do I pay?
We use a debit or credit card when you sign up for your 1st payment and deposit, further payments are made via your bank account by Direct Debit automatically each month as all payments are in advance. Or you can pay upfront for the year, if you decide to leave before your year is up then any full months will be refunded back to you. Your deposit will be refunded when you move out, provided your space is empty, clean and your keys and fobs returned.
Do I need insurance?
We recommend insuring your belongings while they’re in storage. Contact your insurer or broker and let them know you’re storing with us. They may be able to extend your existing cover at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum storage period?
There is a one-month minimum charge, although you can physically store your belongings for as little as one day. We simply require 14 days’ notice before moving out.
What can’t I put into storage?
Food or perishable goods unless securely packed so they are protected from and do not attract vermin... Any item that emits fumes, or odours... Combustible or flammable substances such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents or compressed gases... Any illegal item or substances or goods illegally obtained such as illicit (counterfeit / smuggled) tobacco or alcohol and unlicensed or unsafe goods.
How secure is my space?
Both sites have plenty of space to park your vehicle right up to your unit. Both sites are very clean and a safe place to use. We also have 24-hour access to our sites; customers can enter using a fob system which is connected to the latest Net 2 security software. After logging who is coming on-site, the fully automated sliding gate will open. If you come on to the site when it is dark, floodlights will automatically come on. There also is a very high standard of CCTV which is constantly recording 24 hours a day and 17 cameras covering the site.
What if I loose my access fob or keys?
Do not worry, contact us on 01516314900 immediately and we will cancel that fob and issue you with a new ones. If you have lost your keys to the supplied secure padlock, we will put another padlock on your unit and order in replacement keys. We do not have spare keys for your unit, all we have is the serial number for the replacement.
